Alright, loves! You asked for it; I’m bringing it to you! When I took to the ‘gram and asked what you most wanted to see, home organization — specifically pantry organization — was #1. Now; I’ll be the first to admit, I love a clean and tidy home. But when it comes to organizing smaller spaces… eh, not my forte. At least not yet, lol. Right off our kitchen, we converted this second coat closet into a make-shift pantry/food storage overflow, but as you can see, it was in dire need of some decluttering. I decided to call in the big guns — closet organizer, Brittany Gagnon from East Coast Organizer. Brittany shows those cluttered areas of your home some TLC by organizing them so you don’t have to! Take a look at this head-turner of a Before & After:

The Process
Brittany started with a blank slate by removing everything in the closet and grouping like items together. There were definitely some items that had no business being in there (like my giant basket of candles, oops), so those were re-homed to free up more space.

Next, she set up a variety of bins and baskets to best suit our needs for the space (obsessed with all of it by the way – especially the dog food canister & chunky woven baskets), and re-organized items to fit these storage solutions. *I’ve linked what I could for you down below.

The Finished Product
In the matter of a couple hours (and that’s with me gabbing in her ear), Brittany completely transformed this closet pantry into one that is now fully functional for our family! It honestly makes me want to attack every closet, drawer, and cupboard in our house haha. But hey, if you’re local to New England, why not just have closet organizer extraordinaire, East Coast Organizer do it for you?
Check her out for some serious org goals! & if you’re not local, shoot her an email at eastcoastorganizer@gmail.com for a virtual consult.
